אלה התנאים לקבלת כרטיס תושב של בנגקוק אייר לתושבי האיים המזרחיים:
A Resident in specified area (National ID Card)
1.Valid ID Card / Passport of applicant
2.House registration (Blue book/ Yellow book)
*Residence whose name appears on the household registration certificate.
An owner / Employee of operating business in specified area
1.Valid ID Card / Passport of applicant
2.Company registration certificate (DBD) issued within 6 months
3.Employee certification issued within 6 months with company stamp
4.Work permit (Foreigner) still valid at least 6 months from date of application
*Maximum 20 employees per company
A government officer in specified area
1.Valid ID Card / Passport of applicant
2.Government official identification card which indicating association or department stationed
A student at school, college or university in specified area
1.Valid ID Card / Passport of applicant
2.Certificate of student status issued within 6 months
*must NOT be Language School , Tutorial Programs and Nursery Schools.
A descendent of resident in Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao
1.Valid ID Card / Passport of applicant
2.Valid ID Card / Passport of parent
3.House registration of applicant
4.House registration of parent
*Parent Residence whose name appears on the household registration certificate.
A spouse of resident in Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao
1.Valid ID Card / Passport of applicant
2.Marriage certificate
3.House registration of spouse / valid ID card / Passport of spouse
An owner and holder of the title of the property or land on Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao
1.Valid ID Card / Passport of applicant
2.Land or property title deed of applicant
A medical service employee at a hospital on Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Tao
1.Valid ID Card / Passport of applicant
2.Medical service employee certification showing the hospital or provider’s address
After the document has been approved, you will receive an email containing a payment code to pay for the fee.
